At CYBeauty&Wellness, we carefully prepare each workshop in advance, including materials, products, equipment, refreshments and spaces for each participant. For this reason, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all workshop bookings.
1. Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the full payment has been received and the other half due on the day of the workshop.
Workshop places are limited and are reserved specifically for the person making the booking. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
2. Cancellation by the Participant
If you are unable to attend, please contact CYBeauty&Wellness as soon as possible.
More than 7 days before the workshop:
You may request to transfer your booking to another available workshop date, subject to availability. Alternatively, a refund may be considered where applicable.
Within 7 days of the workshop:
Bookings are generally non-refundable. Where possible, you may request to transfer your place to another person, provided CYBeauty&Wellness is informed in advance and the replacement participant meets any relevant workshop requirements.
Within 48 hours of the workshop or in the event of a no-show:
Bookings are non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred, as the materials and resources for your place will already have been prepared.
3. Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may contact us to request that your place be transferred to another person.
Any replacement participant must be confirmed with CYBeauty&Wellness before the workshop. The original booking holder remains responsible for ensuring that the replacement participant receives all relevant booking information.
Transfers to another workshop date are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
4. Late Arrival or Early Departure
Please arrive on time so that you can receive the full workshop experience and instructions.
If you arrive late, CYBeauty&Wellness may not be able to repeat instructions or activities that have already taken place, particularly where safety, preparation or group activities are involved.
Leaving the workshop early is considered a personal choice and does not automatically qualify the participant for a partial or full refund.
5. Completing the Workshop & Refunds
Our workshops are experiential services involving preparation, instruction, materials and participation.
Once a participant has attended and completed the workshop, a refund will not be provided solely because the participant later decides that they did not enjoy the experience or were dissatisfied with aspects of the workshop.
If you have a concern about your experience, we encourage you to speak to us during or immediately after the workshop. This gives CYBeauty&Wellness the opportunity to understand the issue and, where reasonably possible, address it at the time.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law where a refund or other remedy is legally required.
6. Workshop Cancellation by CYBeauty&Wellness
In the unlikely event that CYBeauty&Wellness needs to cancel or substantially change a workshop, registered participants will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a workshop is cancelled by CYBeauty&Wellness, participants will generally be offered:
- A transfer to a new workshop date; or
- A refund of the amount paid for the cancelled workshop.
CYBeauty&Wellness is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation or other personal expenses, as a result of a workshop cancellation.
7. Minimum Numbers & Changes
CYBeauty&Wellness reserves the right to change the workshop date, venue, timing or format where reasonably necessary, including where minimum participant numbers are not reached or circumstances outside our reasonable control arise.
Where a significant change affects your booking, we will communicate this to you and provide an appropriate option where required.
8. Personal Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you are unable to attend due to illness, emergency or another exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any exception to the standard cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of CYBeauty&Wellness.
9. Workshop Materials & Personal Use
Workshop fees include the materials and products specified in the individual workshop description.
Where a workshop involves making a product to take home, the finished product is part of the workshop experience and does not create a separate entitlement to a refund if the participant later decides they do not wish to use or keep the product.
10. Agreement to the Policy
By booking a CYBeauty&Wellness workshop, you confirm that you have read and accepted these cancellation and refund terms.
We want every participant to feel welcomed, comfortable and supported. If something does not feel right during your workshop, please speak with us , we genuinely value constructive feedback and the opportunity to improve the experience.
