Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can join a private session?
We welcome groups of 4 to 10 people per private session in our studio. Get in touch if your group is larger and we'll see what we can arrange.
Can we choose any workshop for a private session?
Yes — all of our workshop experiences are available as private group bookings. You can even combine elements from more than one if you'd like a bespoke experience.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak tourist season. The sooner you enquire, the more flexibility we'll have for your preferred date.
Can tourists and visitors to Malta book a private group session?
Absolutely — many of our private bookings are from groups visiting Malta who want a unique, shared experience. We're very used to accommodating visitors and can help make your trip extra special.
Is catering or drinks available?
Water, Coffee or Tea, refreshments and a snack are offered.
What is your cancellation policy for private groups?
To reserve your spot, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit to be made at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the workshop. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of a no-show, as spaces are limited and materials are prepared in advance.
Cancellations are to be communicated at least 2 weeks from the day of booking for a refund.
